Our Homemade Food
Our homemade food brings you a mix of big Latin flavours. From Empanadas, Cuban sandwiches and Latin burgers to our flaming chilli cheese fries.
Latin cuisine is a fusion of Spanish, Native American and African with even some Asian influences. It is a mix of aromatic, sweet and tart, spicy and mild citrus flavours.
Everything is chef's own recipe. Including almost all sauces. He tinkers a little with some things to adjust to a British palate while also trying to keep true to Latin cuisine.
"This traditional pub tucked behind a row of residential houses
and between several schools in Jesmond hides a secret: The chef produces platefuls of delicious empanadas, filled to bursting with a variety of ingredients. Few people know about it, so you're likely to be served quickly."
